Will I be able to access my tests after it expires?
No, You should attempt all your tests before your Test expires. After your Test expires, you will have to renew it to access new tests.
What happens if I want to renew the Test before the expiry date?
If you renew the Test before the expiry date, the duration of Test simply gets added to the remaining days in your currently active Pass.
How many days validity I get with a Test?
Each Test has a validity of 365 days UNLESS it is mentioned otherwise.
Will I get the refund if I want to stop using Test Series before the expiry?
Refund can be initiated only if requested within 48 hours of purchase of the Test Series. Amount will be refunded if you have taken only Free Tests and have not attempted any test(s) covered under the Test Series.
My money got deducted twice while making the transaction, what should I do?
No need to worry! Generally, one of the transactions gets refunded back to your bank account automatically. In case this does not happen, you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we will track your payment to get it refunded.
Till when can I access the solutions and analysis of my attempted tests?
Attempted Tests will be available for review till Test Expiry date.
Where can I find my purchased Tests/Test Series?
You can find all your test after log in in My Account.
Will all of my attempted tests be available during the Test Series validity period?
Yes, till your Test Series is valid you can review attempted tests provided Test hasn’t expired.
Can I attempt a test multiple times?
A test can be attempted only twice. However, you can refer to the solutions and analysis of the attempted tests as many times as you want.
I do not have online payment activated, can I use any other mode for payment?
You can use your Debit card, ATM card, Credit card, Netbanking account or UPI to pay for the package. If you do not have any of the above payment methods, send us an email at [email protected] and we will suggest an alternative method.
How can I apply for the refund?
To apply for a refund, you need to write an email to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase, mentioning in detail the reason for requesting a refund.
My transaction failed, but money got deducted from my account, what should I do?
In case you have entered a wrong email-id or phone number, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order details, correct phone number, correct email id and scanned copy of your identity proof (driving license/voter card/aadhar card). We assure that we will get back to you.
If I renew the Test Series, can I get to reattempt the tests that I have already taken?
No, attempted tests cannot be re-attempted.
When will my Test expire?
It depends on which Test you’ve purchased. Validity of the Test is mentioned on description of each Test and you can also check it in your account.
