The exam is conducted by the UKPSC to recruit candidates for the post of Civil Judge of the state under the supervision of the Uttarakhand High Court. Each year, UKPSC releases a different number of vacancies for the post. The recruitment process consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Interview and Basic computer knowledge Test. Candidates shortlisted in the Mains exam are called for an Interview or Viva Voce. Candidates who qualify in the last phase get selected for the posts offered by the Uttarakhand High Court.
